Stroke profiles
The London stroke profiles bring together data from along the care pathway to look at the quality of stroke care in each of the 31 London primary care trusts (PCTs). They are intended to be used to benchmark areas of strength and areas where improvement is needed.
The profiles include a map detailing recorded stroke prevalence against small area deprivation, an ‘at a glance’ view of a range of indicators, an analysis showing the association between spending and outcomes, a chart showing within-area inequalities and a text commentary on the data for each PCT.
