London IAPT Clinical Leadership and Management Development Programme
Commissioned by the London IAPT Clinical Executive, the IAPT clinical leadership and management development programme for London IAPT clinical leads aims to address some of the management challenges from the changes taking place in the NHS.
The focus will be on the three mutually reinforcing management principles of managing yourself, managing people and managing change. Through experiential learning case studies, based on real-life scenarios, exercises will offer insight into different management models and provide challenge to the group.
The programme will run over four and half days between December 2012 and April 2013.
