Oxleas care pathways: This is a summary of the work carried out by Dr Pratima Singh on MH PbR. The work focused on a number of key areas including cluster variations and developing evidence-based care clusters.

Clinical audit of MHCT initial cluster allocation: This is an example of an audit tool used at the initial cluster allocation stage. This tool can be used by providers and commissioners to monitor to ensure that there is consistency and accuracy in their clustering allocation process.

Clinical audit of MHCT and transition/discharge protocol: This tool is similar to the above however it is used at the transition and discharge stage. It can also be used to audit this process to ensure consistency.
