Children and families
The London CAMHS Programme, part of the National CAMHS Support Service (NCSS), was based within NHS Commissioning Support for London, and aimed to support commissioners, providers and partnerships across London to improve children and young people’s mental health services across the capital.
NCSS was established in 2003 as a national service improvement and development programme. Key resources on a range of topics relating to children’s mental health are available on the Child and Maternal Health Observatory website, combining the work of regional development workers and national project and service improvement leads.
The materials found on our website have a particular focus on London. They largely emanate from the two networks that were hosted by the programme – the London CAMHS network and London TaMHS network.
