Engagement
A clinical expert panel has been established with representation from obstetrics, anaesthesia, midwifery, neonatalology, general practice, commissioning, and public health, with membership from across London to support the clinical directors.
User involvement plays a strong role in the project to ensure that the services provided meet the needs of local women. The project is aiming to work with existing groups such as maternity services liaison committees, as well as establish a specific user group to influence the work that is developed.
