COPD profiles

We have published COPD pathway profiles for each PCT. These profiles, similar to our stroke pathway profiles, look at the quality of COPD care across London, highlighting areas of best practice as well as areas where improvement is needed. These profiles complement our health needs assessment toolkit.

COPD Profiles revised readmission data (2 November 2011)

We have been informed by NHS comparators that the 28 day readmission data used to populate indicator 22 of the COPD profiles is currently being revised. As a result, data is not available for this indicator at the present time. In light of this, we have also revised and updated the 90 day readmission data used to populate indicator 23.
