Managing performance and decommissioning
This workhop was designed to provide an overview of the main elements to account for in the manage stage of the commissioning cycle including decommissioning.
By the end of this module, participants would expect to know:

- Key stakeholder groups who influence the implementation of decommissioning decisions
- Potential alternatives to decommissioning
And be able to:
- Identify key issues in relation to QIPP
- Take practical steps to improve provider relationship management
- Describe the key challenges relating to decommissioning
- Identify and manage the key risks relating to decommissioning
