This four-module course examined the commercial strategies for use throughout the commissioning cycle. The programme aimed to help participants appreciate the entire commercial roadmap: the process, relationships, risks, costs and how these components fit together.

  • Understand the importance organisational culture plays in achieving effective commissioning and how highly effective leaders can drive change
