Stakeholder engagement event

On 20 July 2011, key stakeholders were given an opportunity to comment on the draft case for change and discuss and contribute to the development of the emerging model of care.

The event was chaired by Robert Creighton, Project Senior Responsible Officer, with presentations from Ken Dunn, Chair of the Clinical Expert Panel, Nathan Hall, National Burns Programme Lead, and Henrietta Spalding, Public and Patient Engagement Lead.

The event was attended by 74 individuals, comprising of patients, members of the public, clinicians from specialised burn services and other specialities including emergency medicine, trauma and intensive care.
